How do I  Import Data from a BirthdayList Excel file, into the Events Calendar?

Also, how do I import additional Excel files such as Employee Anniversary List?

Hi,

Currently there is no support for import within the module. We hope to add this in a future release. You could however do this via SQL direct into the database, if you have the skills.

Well, I know how to import data into a database, but do you know which tables I will need to do the importing in?

Hi,

You would need to create records in the Events and EventsRecurMaster tables. The tables are linked via RecurMasterID. Since these are one day events (though for Birthdays you could make them recurring), I would suggest you create another event of tehe same type, so you can copy the appropriate values.
