It would be a great feature to allow the ability to subscribe to a calendar. This allows a users to import as a reference the calendar into their calendar. Users would be able to subscribe to the calendar in Outlook or their favorite tool, see: http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook/HA100398301033.aspx?pid=CH102499821033

For an example of an internet calendar, see: http://www.google.com/calendar/ical/r8psn8mpajnfa2703k43l6o014@group.calendar.google.com/public/basic.ics for a subscribable web calendar (from TWIT.tv)

Optionally, allow a filter for category.

Hmm, an interesting one. The module already supports .ics for single/series events. I wonder how difficult it would be to extend that to a period. I'll have a think.
