Hello,

Is there a way to display the Full Name instead of the User Name when the editor goes to view who has enrolled in an event?

Please let me know.

Hi Mark,

What version of the module are you using? It should be using the Display Name on the enrolee list in the later versions of the module.

Hi Roger,

I'm using the 5.0.3.  You're right in that it's using the Display Name, however, we have a bunch of teenagers that are working for our waterpark over the summer and some of them use, shall we say, creative Display Names.  We would like the Events module Enrollment function to use the Full Name of the User so that the managers know who it is that is enrolling for the classes.  Is this possible?

Hi Mark,

You have two options (I think).
  1. Either you can change a couple of stored procedures which retrieve the enrollment information from the database. I can guide you how to do that. But bear in mind they may get overwritten at some point in the future when you upgrade the module.
  2. Or you can enforce the DisplayName format in your sites user settings. I think if you put [FIRSTNAME] [LASTNAME] in the Display Name format box, that will force it to that format.

Any code change in the module to support formating of this option will not be until the version after next. We are close to a beta and are trying to lock down changes in the module.
