am using DNN 5.2.2. I have an event calendar on one of my web site page. The calendar shows me the events that I add through the Event calendar interface.

Now I am trying to add an event directly by entering values in the tables. I have added a record in EventsRecurMaster table and then I added  the relevent recordin the Events table.

Problem I am facing is that the manually added event is not displayed in the event calendar. Can some one guide me where  I am getting wrong.

Thanks in advance

Without seeing what you have entered it is diffiecult to tell what you have got wrong... Can you paste a copy of what you have entered in the events table in the forum?

Cheers
Roger

Hi Imran,

Not sure what version you are using, but you need to at least have ModuleID since that is used to key which calendar instance the event is displayed in. If you use version 5.0.3 it should force to enter valid values in all necessary columns. Also you have put Approved as False. This event will not appear until it is approved via moderation.

Cheers
Roger
