After upgrading, some calenders give this error:

DotNetNuke.Services.Exceptions.ModuleLoadException: De objectverwijzing is niet op een exemplaar van een object ingesteld. ---> System.NullReferenceException: De objectverwijzing is niet op een exemplaar van een object ingesteld. bij DotNetNuke.Modules.Events.TokenReplaceControllerClass.TokenReplaceEvent(EventInfo eventInfo, String sourceText, EventSignupsInfo eventSignupsInfo, Boolean addsubmodulename) bij DotNetNuke.Modules.Events.EventList.BindDataGrid(SortFilter sortExpression, SortDirection sortDirection) bij DotNetNuke.Modules.Events.EventList.Page_Load(Object sender, EventArgs e) --- Einde van intern uitzonderingsstackpad ---

Solution:
Click Edit Setting
Click Update Settings

More info:
I had it with all the calenders with the default setting of the calenders = LIST-view
Some other calenders give the error when I switch to LIST-view. Same solution

NOTE:
During testing I see several new and USEFULL options! Good work!

Thanks, I'll investigate. This looks like the second bug you reported in your original post.

OK, I can duplicate. Now to find the problem, because it doesn't happen on a new install.

The listview settings has a new option: Default sort column
Is it possible that there is no default value in the code, when there is no setting yet?

No, all settings should have default values - this was on the the improvements I implemented last month, to remove dependance on text string and various bits of the module defining default setting values.

I found the bug. I'm pretty sure it relates to a caching issue getting the template setting. There is a new List Location column template which should pick up it's default value (see above), but is getting cached with a nothing value because the settings are first retrieved when we don't easily have access to the resource files where the template default values are stored. So I'm making sure no caching happens when this situation occurs (it happens immediately after module upgrade by the way...). I've passingly seen this before, but it is difficult to spot.

If you want to mail me at webmaster @ the domain in my profile, I can send you over an updated version for you to test.

Cheers
Roger
