 now I'm learning writting module Event Calendar for Dotnetnuke version 5 
and Who can share for me Source example module Event Calendar ( Using C#  ) or module Event in Calendar

Events is written in VB.net, as most (original) DNN modules.
For me: on technical level there is not much difference between options, flexibility, performance etc. between VB.net or C# (Note: I do not want to start a religious discussion about this here). From my own experience: a .NET developer can be as productive in C# as well as in VB.net and mostly can switch quite easily between the two.
As for Events: I do not think it will be converted to C# soon if ever.
So if you really want to change the code your self: either use VB.net or convert it ... There are tools around for conversion of .NET languages.
