Something is seriously wrong with this release!!!

After I installed it, none of my sites would load anymore, rebooted the server that didn't help either..

What is going on???

Please help!!!

Update: after 20-30 minutes my sites started to load again..

Whenever you install a new module it does updates to the bin directory, which I think causes a re-compile (I maybe wrong in terminology here) which will cause a slow start-up. I wouldn't anticipate 20 mins though - it usually takes 2-3 minutes on mine. I think it is pretty CPU/IO intensive so time taken will depend on how much spare capacity your server has.
