The following error occurs when emailing enrolled users or approving an enrollment and sending an email.

The process cannot access the file 'E:\Domains\idahonow.com\wwwroot\Portals\2649247fb-17ed-4538-918d-e87a9ce557c0.vcs' because it is being used by another process.

Steve,

Have you figured out the fix for this?  I am getting the same issue.

Thanks,

Scott

All,

After further research on the forum, I realize this is a known issue.  A few questions..

  1. Can anyone confirm that this bug is fixed in the new release (which is in beta)?
  2. How can I get a copy of the beta software?
  3. Is there a target date for the new release?

Cheers,

Scott
