I add an event module to the current page, it shows: Please Select Settings to configure Events Module...

Why does the default settings not work? Which settings do I need to modify? I've searched web and this site, esp. the onlinehelp, but there's nothing related to this.

Thank u in advance, guys!

The module has several settings that need to be store (defaults or otherwise) when a new instance is created on the site.  This is common with several modules (not just the event module).  Their may be a way I can run code when a module instance is created...however, I wanted to make sure that the admin reviewed the settings before going live.  This method ensures that at least look at the page.
