Hello, at the moment we run 4.9.0 on our portal with four child portals. We have various modules installed and I am in the process to check their compatibility with DNN 5. However, how do I know which module is on which page. In case of a not compatible module I need to change something....

Is there a way to find out which module is on which page?

hey Oliver,

It's pretty much trial and error. I started an upgrade thread listing all the modules with 5.x versions - you'll have to search for it.

I cloned my site then upgraded and then narrowed down errors.

Biggies: PageBlaster (new config file), UrlMaster, DNNStuff Aggregatgor, ZLDN Wrapper, MobiNuke (these will bring the site down until fixed).

Make sure you are logged in as Host before upgrade (I could not login on one occasion).

But yeah, clone it and test - it's a long process (I t took 4 attempts over 6 months to upgrade PokerDIY from 4.9.5 to 5.x - I finally maneged to do it (with help from PowerDNN and certain module vendors like John from Snapisis) - but Ihat was 10 days ago and I am STILL fixing issues...

Set aside a lot of time and patience but clone a site and itemize everything that needs to be done and THEN do your live server.
