Yes, I transfered them from my old web.config to the new ones base on the described needs in the upgrade section of the docs.

to use 'System.Web.Extensions, Version=1.0.61025.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=31bf3856ad364e35', you need to install MS AJAX 1.0 if you are running on .Net 3.5, you need to grab .Net 3.5 references from latest DNN version (5.2.x)

I did that and was able to get past that first error in this thread, are both of these errors related to the same thing? Also, would it help if I posted my web.config?
