Very curious, after upgrading to 5.3.1, jquery is referenced only if I access as admin user or host. For registered users and anonymous users jquery is not referenced in the code source.
¿Any idea?

Are you trying to reference Jquery in your custom modules? if so you'll need to make sure to set things up properly by calling jQuery.RequestRegistration();

is not custom modules. When I log as host or admin no problem and the library is loaded into the site:

<script language="javascript" type="text/javascript" src="/Resources/Shared/scripts/jquery/jquery.min.js">

...however, when I access as a registered user or anonymous, no trace of jquery.

If you need it for your skin, you can do this one of two ways:

  1. Under Admin -> Site Settings -> Appearance check "Enable Skin Widgets"
  2. Write a block of VB directly into your skin to register jQuery, using the code Chris has given

If you're not using it for your skin, then individual modules should register it when needed.  Remember that jQuery adds some amount of overhead, so it shouldn't be registered unless needed (this is why #1 is handy, you can have your "jQuery" skin and your "normal" skin).
