I've tried to upgrade my site from dnn495 to dnn541 but some script fail:

05.00.00.SqlDataProvider
05.01.00.SqlDataProvider
Application Upgrades: 05.03.00
Installing Package File HTML_Community_05.02.00_Install:  Error!
Installing Package File Messaging_01.01.00_Install:  Error!
Installing Package File Taxonomy_01.01.00_Install:  Error!

On 05.00.00.log under /* Update IconFile References for Admin Tabs */ i see "System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException:  subquery return multiple values!...
similar error on 05.01.00.log !

Someone know how to fix my dnn495 database to prevent this errors during upgrade ?

I would look at what the query does, and see if you have multiple pages with the same name perhaps?

The first query fail is:

UPDATE dbo.Tabs SET IconFile = '~/images/' + IconFile WHERE IconFile LIKE 'icon_%'  AND (TabPath LIKE '//Host%' OR TabPath LIKE '//Admin%')

I've launch this modified query to see the problem:

SELECT * from dbo.Tabs WHERE IconFile LIKE 'icon_%' AND (TabPath LIKE '//Host%' OR TabPath LIKE '//Admin%') ORDER BY tabname

the result is:

There's some pages with same name but with portalID = NULL ! do you think that i've to delete this pages portalID = NULL  ?
