Having tried to upgrade form 5 to the latest version I now have a dead site, with the error Could not find stored procedure 'dbo.GetDatabaseServer'.

Logging into the SQL server I can see there is no Store procedure called 'dbo.GetDatabaseServer'.

The Event log shows the following errors:
