There isn't a XML folder.

 David

A quick visit to your site www.burtoncc.com shows that there is an XML folder here:

D:\WebRoot\Domains\burtoncc.com\wwwroot\App_Code\XML\Handlers\download.vb(78)

I used the Show Detailed Compiler Output link to see the error.

Try deleting the XML folder, if the web.config does not point to the directory then it should work.

Good luck...

If deleting the XML folder didn't work, try to upgrade from 5.2 to to 5.2.3 first and then to 5.4.2.

Deleting the folder got me into the Upgrade process - THANKS !!!!!!
I got one error:
00:00:05.296 -   Executing Script: 05.04.00.SqlDataProvider Error! (see 05.04.00.log for more information)

I got the login screen.  But, after I enter my host logon, I got
SERVICE UNAVAILABLE

The 2nd time I logged in, it looks normal.

Weird...

Thanks again.
