We try to move / import database from DNN version 1.x for DNN version 5.4.3, but it does not work completely. Someone who can explain how to do or know a company who can resolve the matter here and now?

That is a big jump to take.

I recently upgraded a DNN 2.1.2 site to DNN 5.4.1, and had to do it in two steps (though a long drawn out two steps).

You will want to do this in a test environment, but I recommend going to 1.X to 4.9.5 then upgrade from 4.9.5 to 5.4.1.

You likely will need to do this a few times, testing things out, then perhaps making changes to the 1.X environment and trying again. I had issues with the Files table as well as some Users who ended up not importing correctly.
