I upgraded from 5.4.2 to 5.5 and now I can no longer add modules to pages. I saw another thread where the poster got this error, but it didn't help.  My TabModules table has the ModuleTitle column.  And, I have no Sql Data Provider errors or any other upgrade errors in my logs.

I get the following error:
