I had 2 problems: 1. Permission problem: I did the upgrade directly in test server to have the right permission in folders. Apparently is a permission problem. After upgrade just copied all site to production. 2. SQL Database inconsistency: I insert manually a row in [PortalLanguages] table. If you have one row fill empty fields like CreatedByUserID and other empty fields. You can get the userId from user ‘host’ in [Users] table. Regards, Rui
