Hi Everyone,

I attempted the other day an upgrade from our 5.1.4 to 5.5.1. But the upgrade failed rather badly...  I took screenshots of the errors and here are the summaries:
Executing Script 05.05.00.SqlDataProvider Error! (see 05.05.00.log.resources for more information")
Executing Application Upgrades: 05.03.00 Error!
Executing Application Upgrades: 05.04.03 Error!
Executing Application Upgrades: 05.05.00 Error!
Cleaning Up Files: 05.03.00: Error!
Updating Config Files: 05.02.00 Error!
Updating Config Files: 05.02.01 Error!
Updating Config Files: 05.03.00 Error!
Updating Config Files: 05.05.00 Error!
Updating Config Files: 05.05.01 Error!

And i got a runtime error at the bottom of the page.

At this time, I have reviewed permissions, and made IIS applicaiton poll account, and network service accounts full control to the DNN folder.

What other changes need to be made to fix this nightmare?

(Note, I am back to 5.1.4 at this time, as I rolled it back, restored files/database).

Thanks Everyone!

We would need to see the log entries that were written to get an understanding of what went wrong.

Thanks, yeah I figured as much---but didnt know where to find them. The one I did find was for the SqlDataProvider, but for some reason it was blank...

If you could let me know where to look, I will pull them up and get the relevant errors.

Thanks
