I'm having the same issue and have Ifinity module, I'm not understanding what you did to resolve it? Can you please clarify?
I have no Module Defiinition or Extensions page in my upgrade.

The 5.5+ DNN Versions had a change in the Module table  - the Url Master module needs to be upgraded before doing this.
