I had the problem with the telerik.web.ui and I fixed that.  But it doesn't seem that the update ran.  When I try and manually go to site/install/install.aspx?mode=upgrade I get just a blank page.  When I go to the site it still shows updates available.  Now it the forum module no attachment links work.  I get

The resource cannot be found.

could have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.
