Dear All,After upgrading to 5.6.2 I've created a new portal. When trying to edit portal properties with the superuser (host administrator) account on the new portal, I've the following error displayed in the "Appearance" section : "You do not have permissions to view any files on the file system"

Also, the portal is displayed in red in the Host > Portals section.

If I update the properties, the portal will then, for example, loose its logo.

Any idea on how to fix this ?

Best Regards,

Pierre

I have exactly the same problem with 5.6.2 in 4 different portals at 2 machines (framework 4.0):
Appearance
Logo:
You do not have permissions to view any files on the file system
Body Background:
You do not have permissions to view any files on the file system
Regards,
Fred

This has me stumped.  I tried any account that made sense.  I even gave "Everyone" Full access and it still won't work for me.    :///

maybe permissions don't get inherited by child folders - make sure, permissions for all subfolders and files are updates.
