Hello,
I'm atttempting to migrate my site from DNN 4.3.5 to current version.  In my test environment I can upgrade to 4.6 as advised in the wiki.  When I try to migrate to 4.9.5 the sql updates work fine, however when it gets to the 'Performing General upgrades' stage I get the error posted below.

Make sure that 'httpRuntime' tag has next params (your numbers can be greater):

<httpRuntime executionTimeout='21600' maxRequestLength='30720' requestLengthDiskThreshold='30720' useFullyQualifiedRedirectUrl='true' shutdownTimeout='21600' />
