Hi,

Regarding my login problems earlier ... IS it possible to change Skin on the Admin site with logging in?

Maybe my problems could be solved if I can change skin from "MinimalExtropy" to the new "DarkNight" (on Admin and Host site only)

Regards

yes, admins can select from availalbe skins (i.e. those uploaded to that portals skin folder or those uploaded to the host folder) , they just can't upload new skins. Log in as host/admin and go to admin->skins and you can change the selected skin there.

Hmmm, yeah ... but I was asking if it's possible to change skin OUTSIDE DNN ... I cannot login!
Login pages has disappeared after update to DNN6, and I think it's my Artisteers Skins fault !

if you remove/rename your artisteer skin folder I believe dotnetnuke will drop back to its default skin (e.g. minimal extropy/darkkinght)

I have experimented with Skins;
I have like 20 different sites with equally many different skins .. BUT, my Host-site still uses MinimalExtropy .. it has never had any other.

Now I tried to cop the new DarkNight into MinimalExtropy folder .. then I get an even worse error;

dnn.langley.eu is the host site
alm.langley.eu and frr.langley.eu are samples of "normal" sites
gus.langley.eu is the same, but with login enabled (there is a  black Login at the right end of the menu)

I also had problems with login before I updated (on of the resasons for why I wanted to upgrade !
Then we had to use the opensesame.aspx to get the login page.....

btw, I cannot open Database in SQL Studio ... ?
