Hi my website is running under DNN 04.09.03 and SQL2000.
I would like to upgrade my DNN and I would like to keep my SQL2000.
What are your advices ?

DotNetNuke version 5.2.0 was the first release to drop sql 2000 support so you can use it up until that version - but as that version suffers from some known security issues I would highly recommend you consider updating your sql to sql 2005 or higher and consider upgradeing to 5.6.3
