I've upgraded my site to 6.0.2 without problem but i've found 3 problem:

1. now i cannot add  a superuser account !
2. now i cannot delete a superuser account !
3. i set permission for unauthenticated user for one page but this user cannot edit this page !

Anyone have found same issue ?

no, ive not seen similar reports - can you check admin->event viewer and see if any errors are logged. When you say you cannot add what happens - an exception, no postback or a postback occurs and data does not change?

I am experiencing the issue of not being able to delete super user accounts and am on 6.0.2. Below is the error message i receive in the event viewer:
