After upgrading to latest release (6.1), the menu system under the Morpheus Skin (Nukeville) no longer displays the menu system.  the SkinLab also is broken.

Issue report via Snowcovered but didn't know if anyone had a fix already...

Same issue here.  I also put in support request.  No reply or resolution yet.  Glad I'm not alone.  I'll keep you posted if I find out anything.

I have found the ordering of js and css is messing up skins. I don't know where to report. I am getting jquery issues as well.

Ian has a blog that may help your situation, specifically disabling file combination in the web.config

Thanks for the blog, but that doesn't look like my issue. My files are still loading separately. There was talk of not enabling this feature for upgrades and from what I can see it wasn't enabled.
