After upgrading from 5.6.3 to 6.0.0 I got the following error.  In hopes that moving to the latest version would resolve the issue I went ahead and completed the upgrade to 6.1 but am still getting the error.  After the upgrade says it is successful the site won't load.  I get the following.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
