All:

I've seen similar posts from a couple of years ago, but nothing quite like this. Performing upgrade from 06.00.02 to 06.01.01. Upgrade runs just fine, no errors, and the portals all come back up just fine. But NO ONE can log in. Click the log in link, and enter a user id and password.

  1. Click OK and the popup never disappears.
  2. Close the popup and refresh the homepage - still logged out.
  3. Try logging in via yourwebsite.org/?ctl=login. Just spins, no login.
  4. Enter a bad password, and the red fail box comes, then doesn't go away even if you enter the right password.

Any help greatly appreciated. I've had to restore the client's site back to 06.00.02.

Thanks,

Tim
