It was necessary to change one html provider to another in DNN 4.5.4.  I changed my default html editor provider from
<htmlEditor defaultProvider="TelerikEditorProvider">
to
<htmlEditor defaultProvider="FckHtmlEditorProvider">
along with this post http://www.zolmedia.com/blog/entryid/61/Change-RADEditor-to-FCKEditor-in-DNN-5-6.aspx (There are many other articles that are saying the same, but I used this one.)

Then, DNN started to generate the following error when I try to use HTML module:

Error loading "/Providers/HtmlEditorProviders/Fck/FCKStyles.aspx?tabid=36"

URL requested: "/Providers/HtmlEditorProviders/Fck/FCKStyles.aspx?tabid=36"

Server response:
Status: 404
Response text:

How to Fix it?

I connected to the website using FTP root/Providers/HtmlEditorProviders/Fck/ and found fckStyles.aspx. Then, I created a copy of this file (fckStyles.aspx) with name FCKStyles.aspx and saved it there. The problem was resolved.
