hi,

After upgrading to 06.01.02 ,portal cannot load skin resource(css,images,..) and javascript...

please help me

please post any exception you are seeing (e.g. admin->event viewer) .Also, it's a good idea to do a CTRL+F5 to force a full page refresh as sometimes browser clients can be odd and not pick up updated files.

The same problem here, after upgrade to 6.1.3. I´m not able to log into my root portal. This error ocurres:

I´m able to log into 1 of my sub portals, but receives this message:

can people please install the symbol files (http://dotnetnuke.codeplex.com/releases/view/81081) to see if that helps pinpoint the line of code where the issue is (basically a null exception is happening during module load and that causes the breakage- many of the subsequent errors are not "real" - it's the base error we need to identify). Alternatively, try attaching a debugger in vs.net and set it to break on all CLR exceptions
