Moved site to new server for testing/upgrade.

Changed portal alias to new url.  (production is www.planetsocialsports.com, test/upgrades site is my.planetsocialsports.com, 2 separate instances on the same server, separate app pools.

Upgrading from 5.6.2 to 6.1.3 fine with no errors.  None in logs as well.

Issue:  I have host access and no problems with the menus.  When I am on portal 1, I can't access the admin>site settings, I get the error below.  As well as I cannot create new pages on the Main portal.

I CAN get to the admin>site settings of the child portals in the same instance.  As well as... I CAN create new pages on the child portals.

Any help would be much appreciated
