I just ran this.. it looks like it succeeded - green success showed up down the list..

but it loops back to the upgrade login when you try to access the portal.. and then I see this:

Any ideas ? it looks like the DB doesn't update to the newest version.. there is a db qualifier used.. it's running in Plesk.. is it a permissions issue?

please make sure to unblock the downloaded upgrade package file before unzipping all files and replacing existing ones. If this doesn't help, you need to review Windows file/folder permissions.

Thanks.. I restored the website from backup.. and tried again so I could capture the log. And this time the upgrade succeeded. Not sure what was different, but it worked.
