Hello All,

I'm on DNN 5.6.0 and striving to upgrade to 6.2.On my current installation I'm already using DDR menu 1.2.2.

I made my first try to upgrade this morning. Everything went ok except from DDR installation the installation report says there's a problem but I didn't know where to find details about it. I looked at the internet and saw there might be a problem with older DDR installations. So I removed any DDR file I had on my site and also removed it from web.config. Then I tried installing just the latest DDR version for DNN 6.0. Still without success. So I rolled back to my 5.6.0 installation. Following I tried to install DDR newer version for DNN 5.5, still didn't work. This time I go the error on the event log that says:

Any idea what could be wrong and how can I workaround it?

Thanks,

OrenG

did you make sure to unblock the install zip file (file properties, at the bottom of first tab) before installation? Otherwise it sounds like missing file system permissions.

I unlocked it before I uploaded it and also checked that WEB SERVICE has read and write rights on it.
But the problem persists.
Thanks for your effort to help me,
OrenG
