After updating tot he 6.2.4 I can no longer upload files to my install. It gives this error

An Error Has Occurred When Attempting To Save The File URT_SS_logo.png. Please Contact Your Hosting Provider To Ensure The Appropriate Security Settings Have Been Enabled On The Server.

Yet I have not changed any permissions on my webserver.

Any ideas what caused this on the upgrade?

Tony

You should check admin -> event viewer to see what the error was.

My guess would be to:

* check permissions
* check the file extension is enabled in host settings
* check if you have enough portal disk space

I realize I am getting an error, but what started causing this error? I have not changed anything on the server and I have been able to upload files such as logos in the past with no problems.
