I am running DNN 6.2.5 and want to upgrade to DNN 7.0. My web hosting service provider is running windows 7 server (Windows NT 6.1.7601 SP1) and SQL 2008  R2, and ASP 4.0. Is this system OK for running DNN7.0?

How can I check if ASP is running integrated pipes or classic mode?

That should be fine but I would verify with the hosting provider that the ASP.Net 4.0 application pool is running in integrated pipeline mode and not classic mode.
