After the upgrade to 6.2.5 my member directory not work. I find this error:

Event Code: 3005
Messagge: Eccezione non gestita.
Tipo di eccezione: KeyNotFoundException
Messaggio eccezione: La chiave specificata non era presente nel dizionario. The specified key was not present in the dictionaryin
in DotNetNuke.Modules.MemberDirectory.Services.Member.get_Phone()

What may be the problem?

The problem is due to Telephone propierty deleted from user profile.
