I was asked to post this question/issue in a new thred...

I upgraded a DNN 5.6.2 site to DNN 5.6.8 and received the following errors:

00:00:00.873 -   Installing Package File HTML_Community_05.01.04_Install:  Error!
00:00:01.704 -   Installing Package File HTML_Community_05.02.00_Install:  Error!
00:00:02.001 -   Installing Package File HTML_Community_05.04.03_Install:  Error!
00:00:02.279 -   Installing Package File HTML_Community_05.06.00_Install:  Error!
00:00:02.566 -   Installing Package File HTML_Community_05.06.02_Install:  Error!
00:00:02.825 -   Installing Package File HTML_Community_05.06.08_Install:  Error!

Everything else ran fine. 
I tried to install the HTML module again via the Available Extensions route and received a simple "Error" message.

After checking the Event Viewer, I found the following:
The odd thing is that everything seems to run except at the very end.
