We recently upgraded from DNN 5 to DNN 7 and we've noticed that the "Account Login" module is now missing from the list of modules you can add to a page. We tried researching the issue and one suggestion was to clear the recycle bin which we've done to no avail.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Anybody? Nobody has ever heard of this happening before?

We were able to resolve this issue. So if anyone else has this problem, manually create an extension of type module and point that to the /Admin/Authentication/Login.ascx.

Hi,

I don't know if you directly upgraded from DNN5 to DNN7 but there is a suggested (tested) upgrade path that is recommended to follow when upgrading from older versions, you can read more about it at:

http://www.dotnetnuke.com/Resources/W...

And off course you did make a backup in case other issues arise?
