After the host moved me to a Server 2012 machine, the problem persists....so I'm back in the search for a solution.  Boy is this a nasty one.

I had a similar problem on a fresh 7.1 install, it happened after I ran the site wizard; this deleted all existing module and added ours.

Now this may sound strange, but after I cleared out the DNN recycle bin, the problem went away.

I had the same issue on a Windows 2008 server but installing this update solved the problem.

Confirmed ---  the update to IIS 7/7.5 fixes this issue.

A BIG QUESTION about Same problem in DNN 07.00.06 (Edit link and Adding module on CONTROLBAR not working and modules after moving between panes not stay and will back to last position after refresh the page!)  and this is :]

I have a R3 Reseller Hosting Package from resellerclub.com and I make a 1GB hosting plane inside that with ASP.net 4.0.30319 and IIS 7.5. 

There is Application Installer with Easy One Click installation of DotNetNuke 07.00.06. It will install an work without any problem BUT....

When I install my First Module DNNArticle 9.9.1 This Problem Happen and Edit link and Adding module on CONTROLBAR not working and modules after moving between panes not stay and will back to last position after refresh the page.

ALSO, I test it after Installing any Module this problem happen and it is not for DNN Article 9.9.1 only! I Test it in my Localhost also and result was same!!!!

What is your Idea? Who can HELP ME...... PLEASE
