After upgrade, the SQL module does not appear in my "add a new module" list.

It does appear in my "installed extensions" list, however it shows as version 7.1 - additionally the list indicates it is "in use", but clicking on the "yes" link confirms correctly that it is NOT in use on any portal.

Please advise,

Hi Tim,
SQL module is a Host module and not intended to be placed on pages in your website.
You would need to add your site to the associated site list in Host > Extensions, when entering details.
Be aware that granting access to this module allows the user to damage your whole database.

I have finally upgraded an older site from 7.0.2 to 7.3.2 and I have the error outlined here.

When I try to add the module to the page I get the message "A critical error has occurred. Please check the Event Viewer for further details." which is the following error.

fileManager has been replace by Digital Asset Management module, which should have been installed automatically.
Otherwise delet the module (in page layout mode), remove it from the recycle bin and add DAM module manually.
