Cannot seem to get this site to upgrade properly.  Upgrade process just hangs @ 72% and says there is an issue with the jQueryMigrate.zip.

I have emails out to the two skin vendors that have products in this install to see if they know of any reason this might fail but this appears to be happening during the upgrade and should not be related to a skin (just guessing) since the skin has certainly not loaded at this point.

Anyone have any clues?

Sames issue over here. On 3 instances.
Clearly something wrong with the update in my opinion.

Just saying "...there is an issue with the jQueryMigrate.zip." requires people to read your mind and guess what is on your screen. Say what is the ACTUAL error message.

That way people have a chance to help you.

it's not a skin issue - someone provided me with the event log details but unfortunately they don't provide enough detail (I will remedy that for 7.3.0). A javascript library is simply an installable extension the same as a skin/provider/module - the key difference is that the files are unpacked into the "resources" folder (and not "bin" and "desktopmodules" as usual), so I would speculate that these issues are permissions related - if people can verify that their "resources" folder has the same permissions as "bin" it would be good to know (the eventlog shows the zip file being opened and the first file extracted and then an error - which suggests the package and manifest is right, and the issue is maybe permissions or file locking). If someone can provide me with a copy of their site I would be happy to debug

** Just saying **.... if there were more to the error than the WORD ERROR and the upgrade freezing...I would certainly have provided it. This is not a logged error (at least anywhere I can find)...

I have confirmed I have the same permissions on BIN and Resources. File locking sounds like the most logical next step....but don't know what is being locked.
