We are trying to upgrade Evoq from 7.1.1 to 7.3.4.

The installer is stalled at 0% and appears to be doing nothing.

Where should I look for clues to the problem?

Upgrade shouldn't stall the installer.
I suggest using the classical upgrade via browsing to /install/install.aspx?mode= upgrade

Thanks, Sebastian.

It turns out that, even though the zip file had been unblocked there were some issues unzipping the file and/or copying the extracted files. We eventually got the server to cooperate.
