I tried to upgrade DNN 7.02.00 to latest 7.04.00, but I got problems with appliying SQL script.

In the '07.02.01.log.resources' file I see this error:

System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException (0x80131904): Invalid column name 'ObjectData'.

If I start upgrade again, then I get error in 07.02.02.log.resources :

What is the content of the upgrade logs (stored in /providers/dataproviders/sqldataprovider/*.log-resources files?

I posted couple of samples in my original message. I get this from log files you mentioned.
But I got these logs when I run upgrade in 'auto' mode

I have no logs at the moment, as I've rallback upgrade. I will try one more time and let you know.
