Fresh install of 7, then upgrading to 8 (please don't ask why I just don't install 8, my hosting is horrible long story short)

And when I install the 8 files and overwrite then go to my page I get the following error, any help greatly appreciated thank you!

please make sure, there is .Net 4.5.1 or later installed on the web server.
