Hello,

I am trying to upgrade my portal from v7 to v 8.00.01.

I think I have successfully done part of it, I followed the guide, but now I have come to the Upgrade Wizard page saying that my current version is 08.00.00 and the Upgrade Version is 08.00.01.

I try to proved the user "host" credentials into the Wizard and immediately it moves to step 2 with an error.

25% ERROR occured - {0}: Could not find stored procedure 'dbo.UpdateDatabaseVersionIncrement'.

It never goes any further than that and it has been sitting for almost an hour now.

Can anyone point me in the right direction to resolve this?

Also, I was unable to locate any docs that show the proper upgrade path from 7 to 8. Is it even possible? or do I need to do it incrementally?

Thanks,

BMoore

I would run /providers/dataproviders/sqldataprovider/08.00.00.sqldataprovider file again.

Thank you for your reply. I am not seeing anyfile with that name 08.00.00.sqldataprovider (/providers/dataproviders/sqldataprovider/08.00.00.sqldataprovider)
I do see many others for all other versions. The one file you menetioned is not there. However, There is 08.00.01.

I think my issue may be a combination of XML module and my constant struggle with .net 4.5.2.

Is it possible to upgrade from V7 to V8.0.2?
I have tried several times and when I copy the upgrade files\folders to my website directory, I get IIS Application errors that prevents me from continuing.
I may just start doing incrementals just to see if I have success on other versions of the upgrade packages.

7.01.02 is the version the current site is running.

Also, I tried to to incremental updates (starting with the next version from mine) and that one had jquery.zip error and failed to continue.
