Hi, I'm working through issues on a test upgrade version of our website, and have come across a problem I'd like to ask about.I have several separate website portals. On one of the portals, in fact on just one page. I'm seeing the black control bar on to of the page at all times, whether I am logged in or not. The control bar only appears on that one page, and doesn't include any of the Host or Site controls, just the Edit Page link. However, when you click the Edit This Page button, a Login screen comes up.

I've looked at the permissions of the page and they are the same as those of other pages which don't show the control bar.

Anybody know why the control bar might be showing up on that page (again, it's just on one page, and it wasn't there before the upgrade)

Thanks

Tom

please check permissions applied to all modules on the page and make sure, edit permission is not granted to all users, registered users and unauthenticated users roles.

Thanks Sebastian! I should have known. There was one module setting that I needed to correct. I appreciate your help.

Tom,
you are welcome, Have fun using DNN.
IMO the platform should prevent granting edit permission to these roles.

Cheers from Germany,
