My production server website is 7.4.1 and I took a backup for testing. Just want to upgrade it and doing it first on a backup and see.

It is not upgrading. It is just going to the wizard and not going than 0%. I used www.website.com/install/install.aspx?mode=installresources as well and then it is upgrading. But the site is not loading after the upgrading and keep loading a blank page.

I used  "TurboUnSchema804" before upgrading as well and tried a lot of ways. None of helped me.

Please, can you advise how to do this? This is a forum website and using active forum module as the forum and with some other modules.

Appreciate your support.

Y Ma,
did you unblock the downloaded upgrade package prior to unzipping the files?
To manually start an upgrade, browse /install/install.aspx?mode=upgrade

I used this option and I can see it is installing. My issue is once it says upgraded, then the site is not loading and keep loading the site on a blank page. Site is not loading and only waiting.

Please can you advise how to fix this?

Installed by browsing /install/install.aspx?mode=upgrade
This was the result. But When I trying to load the site, then it is not loading and finally, it gives a timeout after a so much time. Why is this happening? Hw can we fix this? Please advise. I used the turbo script Unscheme script too. Appreciate your advises. I spent so many days now for this,

did you restart your App Pool?
I suggest also comparing your web.config with default web.config of DNN 7.4.2
