I upgrade my 8.x site to the most current version of 9.  I  can not view any previously created sites in the Manage -> Sites and when I create new sites it creates them but seems to hang there.  I have to cancel out and check that it was created (which it has on two default test sites) .  I have tried on the default theme and other themes with no luck.

 

Also I don't see a tools option on my menu, which I did on onlin demos.. Am I missing something?

Any guidance is greatly appreciated.

Can you access the "Manage/Admin Logs" area to try to see specifics on the errors?

Admin logs showed nothing.  I cleared them and tried to reproduce on different portals within the one instance.  I turned on the developer tools in google and received the following error

Additional information: 

 

I was able to find the host settings and change the Control Panel to Control Bar from the Persona Bar.  This allowed me to view my sites and add/delete sites as needed.  I did notice that when I changed to CONTROLBAR or RIBBONBAR that the site settings where unable to update this. 

 

 

 

Persona bar below allowed me to update any changes I made.  But if I did Ribbonbar or controlbar it didn't update
