Hello,
I have a question and can't find any suitable solution for this.

Before i will perform the upgrade of an ancient DNN version I need to find a way to resolve all my LinkClick.aspx links which are hard coded across the site... There is around 1600 files and I'm look for a way to get from url.com/LinkClick.aspx?fileticket=a1f6sr53z33%3d&tabid=98 to something like url.com/Portals/0/...  after I can get this, I will do mass replace in database text/html modules to fix all links. Is there a simpler way to reverse this?

Any idea how to achieve this and even if this is possible and how can you achieve this?

I have tried with my custom module and with the method Globals.LinkClick("FileID=" + fi.FileId, 98, -1, false, false, 0, false, "portal guid"); but I get different ticket codes for the same files that were generated with text/html module...

Any help will be much appreciated!

Cheers!
T.

LinkClick.aspx is used to provide security checks for downloads,
I am currently not aware of a simple method to replace all existing secured links with direct links to the files in file system, sorry.
